Thin Mil System (16-20 mils)

The Thin Mil System is used on floors where there is light vehicle traffic, walkways, assembly areas, etc. In order to use this system the concrete needs to be in good condition. The first layer of Uni-Cote acts as a primer for the concrete and enhances durability while the second layer is the protective colored top coat. This is where 5S markings and designs can be installed.

Uses:

  • Walkways

  • Assembly Areas

  • Light Production Areas

  • Areas with light vehicles traffic (pallet jacks, hand trucks)

Standard system

The Standard System is used on floors where the concrete is spalled. First, the Uni-Level layer will smooth out the surface. Next, the Uni-Cote layer is applied as a protective colored top coat. This is where 5S markings and designs can be installed.

Uses:

This system is used in the same areas as the thin mil system, except where the concrete is spalled.

  • Areas with light vehicles traffic (pallet jacks, hand trucks)

Full system

The Full System is our most durable system and used on floors with heavy vehicle traffic or where the concrete is very torn up. The first coat of Uni-Level is applied over the concrete to ensure a smooth surface. The second layer of Uni-Level is applied next to enhance the endurance and durability of the floor. Finally a layer of Uni-Cote is applied as a protective colored top coat. This is where 5S markings and designs can be installed.

Uses:

  • Heavy vehicle traffic such as forklifts

  • Production Areas

  • Areas where the concrete is very beaten up
